In a non-binding consultation, we discuss your individual IT requirements and present vendor-independent solutions and partnerships. Once the tender process is successfully completed, procurement of your devices begins.
2. Deployment
Your mobile devices arrive ready for use. Devices such as printers are set up on-site by experts and integrated into the school's internal infrastructure.
3. Technology Management
During usage, you can take advantage of individual services such as the service desk, insurance options, or device pools in case of damage or loss. Our platform tesma® ensures full transparency regarding devices, data, payments, and reports.
4. ROLLBACK
At the end of the usage period, we take back your devices and integrate them into our sustainable end-of-life process. With carbonZER0®, you can contribute financially to climate protection and reduce your CO2 footprint.
5. Data Erasure

1. How exactly does IT leasing work and what must be taken into account in the request for proposals?

With us, you are completely manufacturer-independent and can lease all the IT devices needed for your digital classroom: from tablets to desktops to printers. You must include your desired service description in your request for proposals.
2. Who is our contact person during use and what is the difference between leasing and rental?
In leasing, you have two contacts – us as the funding partner and the IT partner. You enjoy maximum flexibility: you can negotiate prices yourself, adjust services as needed and are free to choose your IT partner. Rental, on the other hand, provides you with a standardized best practice package with defined partners and services. Here, we act as your single point of contact and general contractor, which enables faster processing and less administrative work. Ultimately, you decide which concept best suits your needs.
3. What happens to the devices after the term?
This is where our lifecycle model comes into play: at the end of the service life, we take care of the retrieval of your devices and recondition them in our modern technology centers. After certified, BSI-compliant data erasure, they are made fit for remarketing. Thanks to this sustainable circular economy approach, you can reduce electronic waste, conserve valuable resources and make an active contribution to climate protection – without any effort at all on your part.
4. How flexible are usage models in terms of changing class sizes?
Usage models offer you maximum flexibility in terms of changing class sizes. You can add or reduce devices as needed and extend or shorten individual terms. This ensures that your IT always meets current requirements and easily adapts to changing student numbers – without expensive purchases or unnecessary surpluses. Our flexible model gives you control at all times to react quickly and efficiently.
5. Can teachers and students customize devices or use them privately?
It is entirely up to you whether the private use of devices is allowed. Individual adjustments, such as installing apps or attaching protective films, are also possible. All devices can be flexibly designed and optimally adapted to the requirements of the classroom as well as the special needs of teachers and students – while maintaining the highest security standards.
