The Board of Management of the global technology2use company will henceforth consist of three members, as Oliver Schorer has decided to step down from the Board on June 30, 2024, at his own request.
Oliver Schorer, long-standing member of the Board of Management of the CHG-MERIDIAN Group, stepped down from the Board on June 30, 2024 at his own request. Going forward, the Board of Management of the global technology2use company will therefore comprise three members: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mathias Wagner, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Daniel Welzer, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ulrich Bergmann.
Over the decades, Oliver Schorer has made a significant contribution to the CHG-MERIDIAN Group’s success. He came to the company as a software developer and system administrator in 1994, before joining the enlarged Board of Management in 2013 and then becoming a member of the Board of Management itself in 2017. Among his achievements is the IT and systems development of the company, including the technology and service management platform tesma®. Before joining the Board of Management, Schorer spent many years as CIO and, in this function, was responsible for the IT structures and processes within the CHG-MERIDIAN Group.

Oliver Schorer will maintain his ties with CHG-MERIDIAN, acting in an consulting capacity for the Group.
