The data is split into protection classes according to the customer’s required level of protection, and the appropriate erasure process is selected. Standard eraSURE® is suitable for normal protection purposes (DEKRA-certified and DoD-compliant).

eraSURE®+ is the choice for a high level of protection (TÜV-certified and BSI-compliant). The data erasure process starts with the collection of the equipment in a sealed transport and includes data erasure in a secure area with biometric access controls at the Technology- and Service Center from CHG-MERIDIAN. Both erasure processes can be tracked transparently in TESMA®.
